30 Influential Women in Additive
Fathom Co-Founder Michelle Mihevc was recently recognized on All3DPs list of 30 Most Influential Women in 3D Printing. Placing at No. 9, Mihevc was lauded for overseeing tremendous growth along with business partner and Co-Founder Rich Stump. From Mihevcs garage in the San Francisco Bay Area to a sizable presence in the greater West Coast area, Fathom has vastly expanded to include offices and production centers in both Oakland and Seattle that support advanced services across the nation, with its most recent expansion nearly doubling the companys total manufacturing space.
Mihevc (pictured on the right) co-founded Fathom in 2008, aiming to change the way products are designed and manufactured, leveraging her background in recruitment for the software industry to build an award-winning team of experts.
The company’s rise has been documented by numerous business publications throughout the years, including Inc. Magazine, FORTUNE, Seattle Business and the San Francisco Business Times. Mihevc herself made the 2016 List of Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times earlier this year.
